Certified Financial Planner (CFP) 2026 new structure
Module 1- Foundation in Financial Planning with Behavioural Psychology of Financial Planning
Module 2- Insurance and Risk Management with Estate Planning
Module 3- Investment Planning and Portfolio Management
Module 4- Retirement Planning and Tax Planning
Module 5- Financial Plan Construction and Professional Responsibilities
Under Certified Financial Planner (CFP) new structure of 2026, exemptions are granted as follow:
i) Bachelor of Finance (Honours)
ii) Bachelor of Finance and Investment (Honours)
iii) Bachelor of Banking and Finance (Honours)
iv) Diploma in Finance and Investment
v) Diploma in Banking and Finance
Graduates of the above programmes are exempted from Module 3 and Module 4 of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification programme.
Master of Investment Management
Graduates of the above programmes will be granted exemptions from Module 1 to Module 4 of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification programme.
